Emma is 3 months! 11/17/11

3 Months

Emma is a happy little bean! She has been very alert and taking in all the sights and sounds of her little world. The Bean is getting very strong! She is great at grabbing your hair and it hurts. Ellie hair is her favorite to grab :-) She loves to laugh, especially at her "Big Sister". One morning we were walking down the stairs - I was holding Emma and Ellie was holding Emma's hand. Emma thought this was hilarious, so now everytime we go down the stairs Emma looks at her Sissy and laughs. When Emma gets excited she pants like a dog. She also has found her thumb and sometimes we found her sucking it! We love you Beanie!!

Halloween 2011

Emma dressed up as a "Sweet Little Fairy" for her 1st Halloween. Emma spent the majority of the evening sleeping but she was nice and alert when we carved pumpkins earlier that day. Ellie was a "Pink Princess" of course this was her idea!!! She really got into trick or treating this year. She ejoyed handing candy out to the kids and aksing for candy :)

Thomas Family BBQ @ The Farm

We attended our Annual Family BBQ at the farm. It was a windy but beautiful Fall day!! Emma enjoyed her time inside with Daddy watching the GA vs FLA game. Big Sissy had a big time outside riding a Princess scooter, running around with Cuzzie, playing with the Big girls, and using her charm on family members she hadn't seen in a while.

We attempted to take a photo of all the 2nd cousins. Front row - Emma 3 mths ( I was a little nervous about the kids holding Emma so I just laid her down - sorry Bean!) & Kylie ~9 mths. Costume Parade & Craft

Ellie had a Costume Parade at school. Emma and I went to cheer our "Little Princess" on.

Not sure what Emma thought about all this during her nap time. She was serious the whole time but didn't make a peep. She did squeeze out a smile when Ellie's little boyfriend Tyler was talking to her : )

Ellie sat frozen with her praying hands still up well after the blessing was done. I think she was a little overwhelmed by all the treats scattered around for her to eat!!

Sitting next to Ellie is Bryson the Boxer and Parker the Zookeeper. Across from her is Tara the Kittycat and Tyler the Cheetah.

At home making a "Ghostly Ghost". Ellie loves to go through the pantry and pull out things that she needs! On this particular day she drug out Styrofoam cups. Instead of having a "put that back battle", I came up with a clever idea to make ghosts out of them!! I felt a little of my teacher craftiness coming back!!

Pumpkin Patch

We went to Scottsdale Farms to get our pumpkin this year. They had a cute little pumpkin patch, face painting, and a hayride. Our friends Ward, Jenn, and Caraline came with us. Ellie did not want her face painted nor did she want to go on the hayride. She did love ALL the pumpkins though!
