Ellie Kate & Emma Rose: A week at the beach!!

The last week in June we went to Vilano Beach, which is outside of St. Augustine. We went with my family. It was a nice, fun, & somewhat relaxing vaca - relaxing is little different with a little one : ) The house we stayed in was AWESOME - nice work Mom! The beach was just steps away & there was an awesome deck, tiki hut, sand area - which was perfect to put the pool for El & Carter. Ellie was a wild woman on the trip, she really enjoyed herself!! She started using the word "go" & she would crawl/cruise around wildly saying "go, go, go" - i guess she had places she needed to be : ) She was kind to take long naps & sleep late - like 9 o'clock late!!! The bear also had so much fun with her Cuz!! They are the cutest together, constantly hugging, kissing, & staring at each other. Ellie was not to sure what to think of the sand, it took her awhile to warm up to it. After a few talks & experiments w/ how much fun sand is - Ellie was playing in it & didn't even realize it : ) She loved pointing to the waves & walking in the ocean with someone holding her, but she did not want to sit in it or put her feet in - that's our particular Ellie!!! We ate lots of good food & got some nice family bonding time in. I also conducted lots of photo shoots - I saved our family one until the last day & it rained + CRAZY wind was in full effect, needless to say I was not happy about that : ( We will be going to the beach next weekend with Adam's family, we are living the life!!!!
