Fun with Rice Cereal!!!

Pumpkin Patch

This past weekend we tried to go to a local pumpkin patch after Aunt Lala's shower. By the time we got there they were closing : ( but they gave us a free pumpkin. We then went to a produce shop which was having honor system Sunday (I love living in the country!!). They had lots of pumpkins & to our surprise a pumpkin patch in the back - just perfect for some cute pics of Ellie!! A man stopped while we were taking pictures to ask for directions & we asked him to take a family picture of us - I was so happy!!

1st Beach Trip

The weekend of the 17th we went to Panama City, FL with our friends Amy, Ben, & their daughter Avery. Ellie was a great in the car, she slept the whole trip there & back!! We had a great time- thanks for having us Amy & Ben! The weather was nice but a bit chilly, so the Lovebug didn't get her toes in the ocean or sand. Ellie came back with a cold, she was a sad sight with her little runny nose & cough - she is better now : )

4 Months!!

Hello everyone! The camera was lost but now is found. : ) A lot has been going on - Ellie turned 4 months on October 11th, we have been to the beach & lots of baby showers, Ellie picked out her 1st pumpkin, & she got her first taste of a spoon & rice cereal!! Here are her 4 month pics

I like to check out my surroundings & people at all times - I am VERY inquisitive, rolling over, grabbing everything with both hands & NOT letting go, putting everything in my mouth, using my Exersaucer, working on sitting up all by myself, standing only holding on to Mommy's fingers, & only letting select people hold me or I will melt down!!!

Fall is Here!

The cool air is here, leaves are falling, and our baby is officially rolling over!!!! A few weeks ago she started rolling over from her stomach to her back and now she is rolling from back to stomach. Once she goes on her back she is on her way to her stomach. She really likes being on her tummy now : ) Ellie is checking out everything we do these days. The other night she watched Adam's fork - her eyes would go from his plate to his mouth, it was really funny!! Ellie got to see her friend Waits this past weekend - he is 8 weeks old, they had a good time laying next to each other. We also enjoyed the beautiful fall weather at the Cottonpickin Fair. Since we have been home someone has been a little grumpy, maybe a tooth is coming in?????? or she is starting to take advantage of her sweet Mommy & Daddy.........

Hanging With Friends

Ellie has been busy hanging out with her friends. Ellie's friend Avery came over on the 13th with her parents Ben & Amy. Avery is 2 months old. It was great to get the girls together for the 1st time! Ellie was definitely checking cute Avery out. This past weekend Ellie's friend Anna had a birthday party she is now 2!! It was Ellie 1st kid birthday party & she was her cute self just staring at everyone with her wide eyes. We also celebrated our friend Ward's 30th birthday that same day. Ward's party was a little later so the little lovebug was tuckered out.
